AUTUMN/WINTER 2026 - PART I

DEVINA operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). DEVINA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at devinaapparel@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at devinaapparel@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at devinaapparel@gmail.com.

At DEVINA®, every order is handled with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and securely. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order has been confirmed.

During new releases, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

PRE-ORDERS

Items marked as Pre-Order are produced or fulfilled according to the estimated timeframe stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order estimated shipping dates are subject to reasonable production or carrier delays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of DEVINA®'s control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout when available.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

DEVINA® is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your property and delivery location.
Check with household members or neighbors.
Allow an additional 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before final delivery.
Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

DEVINA® is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you with the next appropriate steps.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

DEVINA® is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If an international package is refused because of customs charges or other import-related fees, any costs incurred may be deducted from an eligible refund.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

If a package is returned to DEVINA® because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by an error on our part.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work to have every order delivered as quickly as possible, DEVINA® cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
